Role and Purpose:

Reporting directly to Customer Service Manager the Customer Support Representative ensures an excellent customer and patient’s support responding to customer requests and monitoring orders entry.

  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires, concerns and requests about Celgene products
  • Enter data in the ERP System and monitor permanently the discordances between AIFA form and purchase order.
  • Manage and Dispatch orders entry;
  • Manage outstanding orders contacting Customers.
  • Interact with logistic provider (DHL) to monitor logistic activities and stock control.
  • Create regular reports about daily sales outcomes and communicate this results to the  management team;
  • Issue and send invoice to the customers
  • Support Finance & Administration department to organize documents for quarterly audit.
  • Deal with the other Celgene dept in order to solve issues

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Strong e written communication skills

  • Empathy for the customer situation and listening Skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to identify existing deficiencies in operating process.
  • Customer service orientation; data collection and ordering
  • Good analytic skills and accuracy in daily work
  • Familiarity with electronic referencing databases required
  • Good in English and in word processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle.
