The Product Manager, Global Marketing will play a key role in developing and implementing programs and tactics aligned with global strategy to support the launch of Ozanimod in MS in multiple countries. This position will partner with regional marketing teams to ensure that all aspects of the global tactical plan is aligned with prioritized market needs, is developed through market insights and is actionable across various geographies. As a member of the cross functional global team, strong partnership and collaboration with market research, medical affairs, market access, regional commercial teams, corporate affairs, finance and partner agencies is key.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Drive global congress planning and execution with internal stakeholders and key external agencies around booth development, symposium, key customer events, internal newsletters, etc.
  • Drive development and implementation of assets and material to support a global corporate and disease state campaign - ensuring the global strategy is consistently communicated and pulled through via a multi-channel plan.
  • Lead the development and implementation of appropriate advocacy and MS nurse programs and material in partnership with global and regional corporate affairs teams.
  • Lead the development of training materials for commercial launch readiness, aligning input and requests from key markets.
  • Support optimal launch across markets through the organization of cross functional and cross regional meetings that facilitate best practice sharing, strategy updates, and launch of key global initiatives.
  • Ensure organizational readiness through ownership of an internal asset portal to provide global commercial material and documents, as well as providing a platform for countries to share launch materials.  Responsibilities include ensuring portal content is up to date and supported through an internal communication plan, as well as creating and maintaining analytics and recommending system enhancements.
  • Develop and execute against key promotional/marketing materials and obtain approval through appropriate committees before material roll-out to affiliates.
  • Manage all budget aspects for the Global Marketing team - partnering with team members, finance and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate spend/updates.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • 4 year degree from an accredited college or university required; Bachelor of Science preferred; MBA would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry required.
  • Launch experience and experience working in a start-up organization strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, developing and executing tactics required.
  • Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and influence cross-functional teams
