Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support of the Marketing Team and the Senior Manager Sales Projects Hematology
  • Support in the contract and project management process
  • Processing of mailing responses and  customer queries
  • Correspondence, filing and archiving
  • Correspondence (mail, phone) with sales force members involved in projects of Senior Manager Sales Projects Hematology

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Strong identification with Celgene’s values
  • Enrolled student in natural sciences, business administration, social sciences, or equivalent
  • Interest in the German pharmaceutical market and in project oriented work
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Team player, loyal and trustworthy on confidential contents
  • Precise way of working and high reliability, deadline awareness
  • Enjoys organizational tasks
  • Keen on learning new topics and project-oriented tasks
