The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing highly efficient support to Celgene’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team.   The Recruiting Coordinator works in a fast paced, high volume environment, and provides quality administrative support and customer/candidate care.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Support to recruitment process

  • Manage vendor’s agreements (draft, renewal)
  • Set-up interview schedules and ensure related candidate care throughout the recruitment process
  • Train Department admin assistants on Interview scheduling process and best practices
  • Draft candidate offer documentation and finalize file
  • Manage temp hires’ administrative offer process including confirmation to third party vendor
  • Manage out of the system applications
  • Track referrals for payroll

Administrative support to Talent Acquisition team / function:

  • Assist with team meetings coordination (agenda, minutes)
  • Assist with new joiners set up (onboarding and access requests)
  • Manage candidate expenses
  • Manage Department invoices (vendors, services)
  • Handle correspondence/phone as primary contact point for TA department
  • Assist with Celgene Day coordination
  • Provide administrative support for the targeted Recruitment Programs (MPC, Summers Jobs, Apprenticeships)

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • CFC employé de commerce or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage change
  • Related experience in a similar job, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Demonstrated experience/interface with senior level management and Talent Acquisition business partners
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent tasks
  • Proactive problem solver, adaptable, flexible, self-starter
  • Ability to appropriately handle highly confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volume workload and stressful situations with a calm demeanor
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel
  • Systems savvy, experience with Workday is an asset
  • Fluent in English and French
